Islander Kayaks Warranty
lslander Kayaks and Accessories are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of consumer purchase. The guarantee is only valid to the original retail consumer purchaser against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective before or during use due to a manufacturing failure, Islander Kayaks will repair or replace at our discretion the defective part. Please return the product to Islander Kayaks (carriage paid) and enclose the original invoice, boat number (this can be found at the back of the rear deck, e.g. UK 00000), date of purchase, your name, address and daytime telephone number or e-mail address. Return warranty form can be downloaded from www.daggereurope.com
During the second year, if the hull is defective. lslander kayaks will replace the hull for 25% of the current RRP inc. VAT. During the third year, if the hull is defective, Islander Kayaks will replace the hull for 50% of the current RRP inc. VAT. lslander SOT Products purchased for professional or commercial use only carry the guarantee for 12 months from the date of consumer purchase. The second and third year warranty is automatically cancelled. Islander Kayaks warranty does not cover wear and tear or damage resulting from abuse. Alteration or unauthorised repair will invalidate the Islander Kayaks warranty. Warranty and repair work - please allow up to 21 days (in some cases this may be extended). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have a problem locating any Islander SOT products please call our Customer Services Department and we will advise you of your local dealer. We are also happy to advise on any item of the Palm Equipment, Dagger Kayaks or Islander SOT products.
